Webinar hosted by CMA and EIILM Kolkata focuses on corporate excellence
Calcutta Management Association (CMA) and Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning In Management (EIILM), Kolkata, organised a webinar on self-management on March 27. The focus was on how self-management is “the driver for corporate excellence” and “the role of values, ethics and spirituality in management”.
The panel of speakers included R.P. Banerjee, chairman and director, EIILM, Kolkata; MVN Rao, group head, HR and CSR, L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering; Judhajit Das, chief, HR, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company; and Pallavi Menon, director, HR, HRBP, India and Southeast Asia/ANZ Waters Corporation.
The session was moderated by S.K. Dutt, senior advisor, UN’s UNCTAD Empretec Program, India, and TVS Shenoy, vice-president, CMA.
