Core committee to implement safety guidelines
The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has decided to reopen its campus for physical classes in a phased manner from November 23.
Final-year students of PhD in science programmes will be permitted to visit their departments and labs for research work. Decision on re-opening of other departments will be taken based on the viability of the situation.

Core committees have been formed to implement and monitor the guidelines issued by the government. An undertaking form has been released along with a set of guidelines that students must follow on the campus. They are required to carry ID cards, wear masks, sanitise hands, maintain distance and avoid crowding.
