CGBSE extends deadline to apply for Class X and XII board exams

The Chhattisgarh Board Of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has extended the last date to register for the Class X and XII board exams.

Candidates can enrol themselves till March 4 with a late fee of Rs 500. Aspirants can apply on cgsos.co.in. The exam is likely to be held from March, but the official dates are yet to be announced.

Last year, CGBSE had declared that the examinees will not get any extra answer sheets. Students of Class X will get a 32-page and Class XII students will be provided a 42-page long answer sheet. This year, students have to follow strict COVID-19 guidelines while appearing in the exam centre. Examinees will not be allowed to appear in the exam without masks and hand sanitisers. Social distancing norms also have to be followed.
