Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank virtually released a compilation of initiatives undertaken by the Department of School Education and Literacy during the COVID-19 pandemic, which he said caused an unprecedented global public health emergency.
On Friday, Pokhriyal credited several initiatives including PM e-Vidya, Pragyata Guidelines, Manodarpan, and e-content for ensuring that school students were not left behind in their studies during the pandemic, and expressed his happiness over the effort put in by officials to prioritise learning amidst COVID-19, both through virtual learning and learning in schools.
