Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has started an online grievance monitoring system on the official website (http://ugms.ggsipu.ac.in/pgmsipu/home1.aspx) to allow students, teachers and staff members to share their concerns.

The portal, managed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), has been launched to improve the varsity’s administrative and academic performance, and is expected to bridge the gap between students, teachers and administration, improving the grievance redressal system.
Its main features are maintaining public grievances, prioritising them, and forwarding them to multiple departments, tracking the grievance till redressal, and allowing people to check the status of their grievance online.
NIC also organised a training programme to help the varsity manage the system.
