The institute suspended lab operations due to surge in COVID cases
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indore, has suspended its laboratory work for PhD students after five persons tested COVID positive in the last 11 days.
The spokesperson of the facility, Sunil Kumar, said that the laboratory work will remain suspended till November 25.
The spokesperson also said that the online classes for BTech, MTech and other programmes are being conducted as usual. The orientation programme for the new batch of BTech students was also organised by the institute.
