SkEdu, a digital application, fuses technology and emotional intelligence
An app created by a startup incubated under a Kerala government entrepreneurship development programme is helping in digital assessment of students.
SkEdu by JPnMe Pvt Ltd, a technology firm incubating under the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), is a digital assessment platform assisted by artificial intelligence that aims to reinforce online education. The application is built using cutting-edge technology that incorporates technological innovations with emotional intelligence for the mental well-being of students.
With the coronavirus pandemic in full swing, educators are now paying more attention to the mental health and well-being of their students.
The application features academic and creative assessment modules along with psychological analysis. It has been conceived to foster a more complete growth of students, enabling them to understand and improve their strengths and skillsets.
The KSUM-registered company is among the top seven education technology startups being accelerated by the GAIN StartupToScaleup Program. KSUM is the nodal agency of the Kerala government for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state.
