Offline classes on alternate days for classes III and IV
Schools in Tripura will be closed for students of classes I and II from April 9 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Students of classes III and IV will be allowed to attend offline classes on alternate days, while students of Class V and above can continue classes as before. Hostels and colleges will remain functional.
Tripura education minister Ratan Lal Nath made the announcement on his Twitter handle on April 8.
The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has announced the dates for the Class X and Class XII board exams for both the old and new course students. The Class X exams will be conducted from May 19 to June 4 and the Class XII exams will be held from May 18 to June 11.
