A meeting of education department officials of the Uttarakhand government on Friday gave way to the decision of starting virtual classrooms for students of class 10 and 2 from December 2, along with virtual classrooms for JEE and NEET coaching on Saturdays and Sundays.
The decision came in light of a decrease in active COVID-19 cases in the state, which stand at 4812 according to data provided by the State Health Ministry on Friday. The recovery rate, at 90.93 is also extremely encouraging.
