Learn about Assam government’s plans to tailor learning for post-COVID times
Students will get a chance to explore education opportunities in Assam with a webinar on The New Educational Landscape: Assam from 4pm to 5pm on August 5.
The virtual session is part of the ABP Education Admission Fair 2021 powered by Anandabazar Patrika Online and The Telegraph Online. Students can register for the webinar for free at admissionfair.abped.com
Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu will be the chief guest at the session. He will be joined by T.G. Sitharam, the director of the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, as guest of honour.
The session will be moderated by educationist and columnist, Ujjwal K. Chowdhury, former pro-vice-chancellor of Adamas University.
The pandemic has disrupted the educational sector, forcing administrators and institutions to devise viable solutions to address the new challenges. The session will throw light on the Assam government’s plans to reinvent its higher secondary, secondary and elementary education system to fit the demands of the post-pandemic world.
Sitharam will help students understand the scope of engineering in finding solutions for the post-pandemic scenario as well as how the pandemic has transformed engineering education.
