Once the results are out, mark-sheets will be available by July 31, the examination board said.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today confirmed that the WBCHSE results of Class XII examinations will be released on July 17 at 4 pm. Once the results are released, students can check their results on the official website wbchse.nic.in. After the release, the marksheet will be available by July 31, the examination board said.
No merit list will be released this year as several exams had to be canceled due to an increase in the number of coronavirus cases.
Mamata Banerjee gave her best wishes to all the students who are expecting their results.
This year, higher secondary examinations started on March 12 but due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the rest of the examinations were forced to be canceled by the West Bengal government. These were scheduled for July 2, 6, and 8. A total of 19 lakh candidates took part in higher secondary examinations and the number of question papers including practical and theory was 124.
