The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) will declare the Higher Secondary examination results 2020 on July 17. The results are expected to be announced at 3.30 pm in the afternoon through a press conference. The board has decided not to release the merit list this year.
After the WBCHSE Higher Secondary Result 2020 is declared, students will be able to check their results on the official websites of the board namely wbchse.nic.in and wbresults.nic.in from 4 pm.

Steps to Check Result on ABP Education
1. Click here to go to our Higher Secondary Results page.
2. Provide input for below fields - "Roll No." and "Date of Birth"
3. Click on the "View Result" button.
4. Result will be visible to you.
Students can also get their results through SMS and Mobile App. They can pre-register their roll number and mobile number on www.exametc.com to get the results via SMS.
According to the notification released by WBCHSE, the heads of Higher Secondary institutions and or their authorised representatives can collect HS mark-sheets and other relevant documents from their respective distribution camps from 2 pm onwards on July 31. The school authorities have been strictly instructed to maintain all the safety measures and social distancing while distributing the results to the parents/candidates.
WBCHSE Higher Secondary exams were scheduled to be held from March 12 to March 27. Meanwhile, the exams were postponed midway after the lockdown was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The rest of the exams were later decided to be conducted in July, but due to the devastating rise in the Covid-19 graph, the West Bengal state government finally decided to scrap the remaining papers.
